GENERAL
1. We operate from 9 AM to 8 PM, except holidays.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY
1. Our Rider will be at your doorstep at the scheduled time slot. But some unwanted circumstances may make some delay.
2. You need to count your clothes at the time of Pickup and check it on the Pickup Slip you will get from our Rider.
3. Dhobi Kings always try to made delivery on time. Dhobi Kings may or may not call you before delivery. If you want us to call you before delivering, please inform our customer care during the Pickup.
GRMENT CARE
1. Dhobi kings uses only uses front-load washers with an extremely fast extraction cycle to wash all Customer clothes.
2. Dhobi kings accept no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during dry cleaning, washing and drying.
3. Dhobi kings take no guarantee of color bleed in laundry. You are advised not to give clothes that may bleed color in laundry.
4. Dhobi kings accept no liability for “special care” and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
5. Dhobi kings reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.
6. Dhobi kings does not guarantee removal of all stains.
7. All accessorized which can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
8. All garments to be counted and handed over to Dhobi kings Rider. Similarly, the counting has to be done during delivery. No claims for garment loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after making the payment.
9. Small clothes such as handkerchiefs, socks, and innerwear are accepted in laundry. However we do not keep count of such items and handing them over is purely on customers' discretion.
10. For any loss or damage of garment, the compensation amount shall not be greater than 10 times of cost of processing that garment. This is to standardize the amount for clothes of different brands.
11. Dhobi kings Laundry Services is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery, or anything else.
12. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
13. Any issue with respected to Quality has to be reported to us within 24 hours of Delivery of garments.
MODE OF PAYMENTS
1. For Regular Service Minimum Order Should We Of Rs. 50. Other Wise Delivery Charges Will be Applicable
2. We accept payment in Cash upon Delivery of garments or online at the time of ordering to the Customer.
3. You can estimate the bill amount at the time of handing over your garments to the Pickup Rider.
4. The exact bill amount will be informed to the customer via SMS, mail or in app through invoice after garments are booked at Processing Centre.
5. All advance payment must be recorded in the Pickup Slip and signed by our Pickup Rider.
CANCELLATIONS RELATED
For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform. Cancellation is not chargeable as long as the Rider has not left our station to pick up your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay 50 Rupees as conveyance charges.
COMPLAINTS n CLAIMS

1. The customer accepts and understands that poor service; must be reported within 24 hours from the service date.
2. The customer accepted all responsibility before any items was laundered and Dhobi Kings Laundry Services cannot be responsible for any damage, shrinkage, or loss of items.
3. Dhobi Kings may take up to 7 working days to respond to a complaint.
4. Complaints are accepted in writing (letter or e mail). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hour period.
